Temping

SiliconIndia has a post on temping.

How does one maintain quality when using temping? Jeffrey Liker in his book  Toyota Culture: The Heart and Soul of the Toyota Way explains how Toyota does it. He says:

The unique aspect of being part of the variable workforce at Toyota is that efforts are made to include the person as part of the "team" and the Toyota culture. To be sure there are pay and benefit differences and legal aspects that properly differentiate the two, but on the floor the same values of mutual respect and trust and continuous improvement hold true.
How many companies have a culture that allow this?
